Southern Aluminum and Steel, Inc. is a full-service metal fabrication shop, which primarily subcontracts work with local and regional commercial building contractors. We are a woman-owned small business entity employing skilled workmen, certified welders, and experienced erectors.

Sheila Howard, Owner/Business Manager, has been active in the business and legal fields for over twenty years. Her expertise ranges from business planning and management to ensuring compliance with basic legal, tax, and insurance requirements. She holds university degrees, B.A. and M.S. Most of her time is spent seeing to the daily operation of Southern Aluminum and Steel.

With 18+ years of layout and metal fabrication experience, D.J. Kusterer, Owner/Project Manager, can provide the construction industry with quality products and service. His present abilities as an estimator and job supervisor have been honed throughout his career, from construction manager to certified welder/fitter in structural and miscellaneous metal fabrication. His careful attention to detail and thorough assessment of what is needed to do the job well define his character and commitment to customer satisfaction.
